Important: Delivery times shown on the website are estimates. Any delivery fee, handling charge, installation fee, or location-based surcharge will be disclosed before the order is completed or dispatched.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains where Nofba delivers, estimated timelines, possible charges, and what customers should expect when receiving an order.
1. Delivery coverage
Nofba delivers within Kenya, subject to courier reach, product size, stock location, operational limitations, and service availability for the customer’s destination.
2. Order processing
Orders are processed after order review and, where applicable, confirmation of payment method, stock availability, customer details, and delivery information.
Orders placed outside normal business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, courier schedules, weather, public holidays, road conditions, stock location, or events outside our reasonable control.
- Nairobi and nearby areas: typically 1 to 2 business days.
- Major towns outside Nairobi: typically 2 to 5 business days.
- Remote or hard-to-reach areas: delivery may take longer depending on courier coverage.
4. Shipping and delivery charges
Any delivery fee charged for an order will be disclosed before checkout is completed or before the order is dispatched.
Charges may vary depending on factors such as:
- delivery destination;
- item size, weight, or fragility;
- urgent or express delivery requests;
- special handling, upper-floor delivery, or limited-access locations; and
- installation or assembly services, where offered.
If a product page or checkout page states that shipping is free for a particular item or promotion, that statement will apply only to the qualifying order or promotion.
5. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including a working phone number, clear physical address, and any useful landmark or access instructions.
If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unreachable, the address is incomplete, access is unavailable, or the order is repeatedly missed, Nofba may reschedule delivery and may apply an additional delivery charge where reasonable.
6. Receiving and inspecting an order
Customers should inspect the package and item at delivery where reasonably possible.
- If an item appears damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially inconsistent with the order, the customer should report this as soon as possible and ideally within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Delivery confirmation and tracking
Nofba may contact customers by phone, SMS, email, or other official communication channels to confirm order details or delivery status. Where tracking or order lookup tools are available on the website, customers may use them for status updates.
8. Delays outside our control
Nofba is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, courier disruptions, security incidents, strikes, public restrictions, or infrastructure outages. Where possible, we will keep customers informed.
